  • It depends! Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business for products, and anywhere from 5-12 business days for wigs, bundles, etc. Your order should never take longer than 2 1/2 weeks. If this is occurs, please contact me via Contact link.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept returns without sufficient evidence. If you would like to discuss a legitimate issue with the unit and/or product you’ve received, contact me directly with the email I’ve provided. There is not a 100% guarantee that you will be able to return your unit or product, but it is possible if determined necessary.

  • Yes, I can provide this hair with my installs. I would need to know at least a week and a half (standard) prior to your appointment to ensure there will be no complications.
